Beginner - The Fundamentals Programme
The fundamentals programme is designed for those who have less than 1-2 years of gym experience. This programme aims to create structure and routine with your training as well as develop your understanding for workout intensity.
This programme has 3 different workout programmes within; 3, 4 or 5 times training per week, 10 week programmes.
Each programme comes fully laid out with a breakdown of the programmes, what key terms are being used and what they mean, FAQ, what exercise to do, how many sets and reps, intensity levels, rest times and links to video examples to ensure you’re doing the exercise correct.
