Our attention to detail alongside our systematic approach to creating lasting changes is second to none. The I.D.move system can be tailored toward all goals and timeframes - and goes as follows.
Consultation
During consultations you will work together with Chris to unpack why you are coming in for 1 to 1 training, what you’ve tried in the past, what has worked, what hasn’t worked, nutritional history, goals and more. Consultations are essentials in getting everyone on the same page, seeing if I.D.move is a good fit for your desired outcomes and setting expectations for out training journey
Mobility and movement assessments
Before beginning your journey into training it’s important to know roadblocks we might encounter and course correct. Through I.D.move’s mobility and movements assessment you’ll be able to discover any range of motion or technique limitations you might have. Chris will then be able to ensure that these areas are addressed throughout the programme helping you to not only achieve your health and fitness goals but to rehab and improve on any problem areas you might have in regards to your mobility.
Data collection
Understanding where you are currently is paramount to making informed decisions on what changes need to be made to get the end result you desire. Chris puts a major emphasis on tracking inside and outside of the gym, and will teach you how to do this in a very simple and effective manner. Through tracking your nutrition and workouts you are able to say on top of your progression, to understand what is happening and why. This helps pull the curtain back and give you the confidence to know you’re doing the right thing.
Implementation and execution
Putting into place all of the above it’s time to get to work. Together with Chris you’ll progressive train in the gym, growing lean muscle and reducing your body fat. You’ll keep up your nutrition protocol making tweaks as needed and hopefully you’ll be having a great time doing so. Review and revisit
A key component to all of the above and something that will happen throughout all the above stages is reviewing and revisiting your progress, your workouts, your nutrition. Through constant monitoring you’re able to make accurate adjustments day to day, week to week, month to month to ensure that you’re on track for your goal.
